Within 7 days: Jeid presents final space plan, GBB, & full-service proposal

Create construction drawings & Finish Schedule
K&V runs the site through shell and rough-in phases
Jeid delivers lighting + mirrors early

Refine the details as the finish line nears

K&V completes trim-out phase
Jeid continues working with Client on furnishings and accessories
Joint site visits to address curveballs and affirm details
